With Vista's Firewall and Defender, is it necessary to add spyware and antivirus software. I use AVG for antivirus and Webroot for spyware. I also have Verizon FIOS which claims to have protection as well. I would like to remove the AVG and Webroot if they are simply duplicating protection I have through Vista. Thanks!
