Missing File When Loading Microsoft Office Professional From Disc

Hi, I am trying to reload Microsoft Office from disk to my laptop. I keep getting the following message during setup.

Set up could not create the folder - "C:\Users\Trish\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\ Templates"

Any ideas of what I need to do
