Since about three weeks ago, I have been unable to download any images from my canon camera. I have tried re-installing the software, but all that happens is that the program runs in exaggerated magnification. When I try to get connection to my camera I get a message saying that it cannot detect the camera. However, I installed the software on my laptop and everything works fine. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
