My problem is fixed!! Unfortunately I don't know exactly what the fix was. I called the Geek Squad and they came out ran some diagnostics, deleted a lot of unnecessary files, fixed my registry, plus eliminated several invalid IP Addresses for my wireless printer, etc. Took about an hour and cost a little over 100 bucks, but it was worth it to me.
Sorry that I can't tell you how to fix the problem. I was worried to that I either had a virus or that my hard drive was going bad. Apparently, neither was the case. Good luck...
