Hi everybody I heard this is the best site to solve all vista problems. I happen to have on the nedds solving.


I have an acer inspire with vista basic I am unable to enter to my desktop. Everytime i type the password I get This application has failed to start because SHDOCVW.dll was not found. Re-installing this application may fix this problem.

I have tried running in safe mode but I get same message.
How do reinstall this without geting to the vista desktop, or does anyone have a fix to this problem?
