bad_pool_header 0x19 vista 32 bit

I never had this BSOD before. This computer i purchased last year an Acer Aspire.

I got Registry Mechanic, Spyware Doctor, AusLogics Disk Defrag, and CCleaner.

I ran them all about two three days ago. Fixed a lot of computer problems. I left my computer on for about 3 days (don't know if it matters) Then i got home today. Opened Mozilla then BOOM

The "blue screen of death" appears. I'm not sure what caused this i'm in safe mode right now. but i think it said. Bad_pool_header 0x19 and before that was like 000000000000x19 then it forces my computer to shut down.

Every time i load up my computer now when it gets to the Welcome screen and is loading the blue scrren pops out and shuts me down. what could have caused this? couuld it be registry mechanic? spyware doctor? or something completely different?

Okay. Idk if this has any significance. Everytime my computer is on overnight. In the morning it sounds like it is being used to play like 3 games at once. The hard disk or something is making this zzzzzzzzz noise like it was running 3 virus scanners or rsomething....

I also have an acer aspire and recently installed ashampoo win optimizer 6. I found that when i tried to start its disk defrager the blue sreen of death appered with the same message.
