Microsoft Picture it Ver. 7.0/Vista

Everytime I attempt to go into design and choose a theme, I get the following Internet Explorer script error which closes Picture it and reopens;

its:C:\Program Files\Microsoft Picture It! 7\openscn7.its::/thumbsV6.htm

Any ideas as to how to fix?

I have the same problem. I get the same error when I try to add borders or create projects.
