Call for help - my system crashed making start-up inoperable. I used the recovery feature that retains data files and my system indicates that 143 of the 150 gbs on my hard drive are used but I can't access the pre-crash files - any ideas out there? I'm running vista home basic on a intel pentium 4, 3.00 GHz. Any help will be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
