Blue Screen
Hi, I recently installed Vista Home Basic and when I turn on the PC sometimes I get a blue screen and I have to restart the PC several times before I can succesfully log in. Once I log in I get a message saying that the PC has recovered from an unexpected shutdown. The message I get is the following:

Nombre de evento de problema: BlueScreen
Versión del sistema operativo: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.2

When I go to problem information on the PC it relates the problem to the Zoom V.92 Voice Fax modem. I am connected using cable and the PC also refers me to Conexant Inc. On device manager I click on update to the latest driver and it says it is already updated with the latest driver. Can someone give me some advice related to this issue.

Thank you.

Re: Blue Screen
Dear Sandeep,

Thank you so much for helping me out on this issue and replying so soon. I already figured out that by disabling my fax modem from the device manager solved the issue. I am using a cable connection through my ethernet to have access to the internet so there was no use for the fax modem. I just wasn´t sure if this was the right way to solve this issue. I really appreciate your reply, by the way I live in San José, Costa Rica and my OS is in spanish that is why I posted the PC message in spanish.

Thank´s for your help.
