Runtime Error '339'

When I try to run Pc Inspector in Vista I get this message:
Runtime Error '339' Component 'gif89.dll' or one of it's dependancies is not correctly registered or a file is missing.
What can I do to correct this?

Don't know if u have solved problem or not, but had same problem myself and found ur post. So thought other might do.

Just got to right click on file and run as admin.

*just Vista again*

Thanks a million! I don't know a lot about computers but I can right click all day and your solution worked great...I am still waiting to see if my vacations photos are all recovered. Thanks again!
