vista with opengl2.1
HI
MY video card supports opengl2.1, on vista
so i would like to use the full opengl features.
i tried installing mingw, but it has the old verstion of opengl
is there any other way otehr than using visual studio, to install opengl2.1 for windows?
like eclipse or something else
also i would liek to install glew on my system
