Anyone installed Nero8?
 I installed the Nero8 "Trial" version (for editing video's,home movies and music) and it worked just fine. When I purchased the full version I started getting "Nero8 not responding" half way through my editing. "Nero support" tells me that I am using to many files and my computer is under qualified for such a software. I ask them, "why did it work before I bought your package?"
Has anything like this happened to anyone else? 
If you try to get a Refund from Nero, they will tell you to agree to a 20% restocking fee, plus you pay for the shipping back to them. My response to them: " Your customer service is going to hate hearing from me Everyday".
Just thought I would throw this out there to you all and see if anyone has a better solution. |
