Uninstalling Gallery
I thought I had uninstalled Gallery using "Programs and Features" but lo and behold it's still grabbing my JPEGs for itself. It even insists on opening all JPEGs I've created since taking this action and requesting an ( optional) tag. Furthermore clicking on Photo Gallery in the Start Button pop-up menu gives no response - as it should if it's been truly removed.

Checking my selection of DEFAULT programs shows no permission to open JPEGs.

How can I remove Gallery completely.
