please help, bsod!

hello 1st question, newbie :P

every time i leave my computer either to convert videos or something , and sometimes randomly, the so called blue screen of death appears. it is starting to annoy me really bad. i have viewed the debug using windows debug and found that the file nsiproxy.sys has something to do with it.I THINK. i would just lyk to no any info on how to stop this from happening,
