account missing on windows start

Hello, I was setting parental control for my son's account and, when I restarted my computer the user I was using had dissapeared from the account selection. The problem is that it was the only administrator user It still exists because I see it when I go to the account management but it doesn't appear on the first screen.

I tried to enter in safe mode but my user still doesn't appear and i don't know the generic "administrator" account's password.

How is it possible? is there any way to show my user again??
