ALRIGHT SO! I am experiencing a major problem. randomly while i have my computer up, windows explorer goes into fits and decides that it has to restart. that would be okay with me if it only happened once or twice. but it happens about 5 times consecutively and disables my internet until it calms down again. I really dont understand what is going on. Ive tried to install multiple virus scans and protectors to scan my computer and this file. But all say that there isn't nething wrong with my computer. So i tried to replace the .dll file since that is so easy to do now. BUt then it said that i didn't have the permission to do so. SO i figure it isn't a file that can be replaced without problems... i dunno. Here is the report that i recieve when it crashes. It is the same one every time because i check it almost everytime.
