Hello everyone!

I have got a problem that is annoying me.

COM surrogate has stopped working.
This message appears when I move video files from my folders to windows media player.And it´s giving me problems.How can I solve this message to appear and stop annoying me so much?

Thanks in advance.
Any help will be appreciated.
