Help and Support links not working
I have Vista Home Premium on a new computer. When I open the HP Help and Support Center, I can look up help information just fine but, when I go to the "contact someone" box, none of the links function ("start a chat session", "view phone numbers" etc.) Holding down Ctrl. does not help.

When I first noticed this problem, Firefox was blocking the use of the "contact someone" links and stating that I needed to change my proxy settings. After I uninstalled Firefox, which I rarely use, the blocking message disappeared but now the "contact someone" links are dead.
