problem transferring file from Windows98 to Vista
Boy, do I need HELP! I recently bought a Dell with Vista Home basic. Before closing down my Windows98 program I saved files to several DVD's. EZ transfer will not work with Windows98 files. I transferred all but ONE file but that One is making me crazy. It is an American Greetings Creata Card program that I used for years and it DOES open and I CAN use it in Vista. What I have lost is the ability to "read" a feature called "forget-me-not" which appeared when I started the computer and it contains over 100 names and associated dates for birthdays, etc. I can access the file but not the contents. Does anyone have an idea of what ! can try next to view what's there? Thanks!
