Missing Host rundll32.exe

I started Windows as I usually do and the system crashed, after that I got a message stating my host rundll32.exe was missing. Can someone please tell how to replace or repair this executable file? Please!! I desperately need help!

Regards,
Alma

Hi Alma,

lets try and do a System Restore in Safe Mode.

Restart the PC and select Safe Mode. See How to start Vista in Safe Mode:

Log on to the Administrators account.

Then do the System Restore, see Using Windows Vista System Restore :: the How-To Geek

Let us know how you get on,

regards

Steve
