Im having the following problem with my laptop and I am also unable to use firefox as it keeps timing out I can only go online through Internet explorer

another user is having a similiar problem with the same problem.... BSOB when online watch video or download torrent

What firewall are you using?

Im using Zone Alarm with AVG free anti virus, however there is a microsoft firewall already on my computer is that where the problem may be do I need to install one of them and if so which should I keep...?
On further investigation I have found that my DELL Inspiron1720 has a network driver problem isatap.{83359E10-1FA7-4A75-9903-10CA07F35D56}.
I have been searching for updates from Microsoft but there seems to be no available solution ....?

lets start off by putting the latest BIOS on it.

I see that a new BIOS version came out a few days ago.

Here it is.... Drivers and Downloads

If we have no joy with this then we will do a Memory Test using Memtest.
