My PC is new with Windows Vista Home basic, and I need to open the URl www.microsoft.cl or Sign In or other websites, and my issue is I don't Know what I must todo in order to fix this problem, PLEASE HELP ME.

Ah if exist anyone to writte in spanish is much better for me, because Iam Chilean. Thanks a lot.
