1. How do i change the time that passes (delay/waiting) before the ToolTip/Infotip/Balloon appears? Very similar to MenuShowDelay, i want the speed of 0..

2. And how long it stays open?

Thanks... i had searched... but could not find an answer...

This may be the answer, but i tried searching initialdelay in regedit, but none.

ToolTip.InitialDelay Property (System.Windows.Forms)
