Try to install latest version of adobe flash player. plese check it that you are downloading direct from the original site and not for further else.

Your machine is 64 bit, but it does not certainly the browser is 64 bit. If it is so, it will be show on the help menu-about internet explorer. If it is 32 bit, it does not show anything. Try the following links, it surely helps you.
