Remove Properties & Personal Information

I used to be able to remove the properties from files such as Photos, Music etc just by right clicking the file > properties > details > remove properties and personal information

but now I seem to always be getting this message pop up saying



"Not All Personal Properties Were Cleared.
Windows was unable to remove properties from the selected files.
Before sharing these files, you should review them for unwanted
personal information."

I have been removing information from files manually for months now and I was wondering if there was a fix to this?
Maybe something to do with not having permission or something?

I have faced same thing when I was trying to delete properties of some picture files. regards If anybody could solve the problem. till then wait.
