I have Vista Home Premium.
I was told that my computer was shut down normally and didn't have issues. However I have roommates that will lie to get their asses out of trouble I'm running AVG now and there are a huge amount of tracking cookies on this thing. Surprise, surprise.
Anyway what happened this morning is the computer was starting up and instead of going to the user screen it popped up a start up repair window. I let that scan for about 45 min before canceling it and the computer shut itself down. I started the computer back up again without any issues but did give me an error code. I'd like to know what it means and if it's a major issue.
Also if anyone knows how to get f*cking yahoo toolbar out of my firefox browser and how to block it forever I'd be grateful. I got rid of it once and the roommates put it back on. I'm going to password protect my user name and give them a limited access account.
Here's the error code:

I'm computer savvy enough to know what a registry key is and not to screw around with them. But I'm not a computer geek/wiz/builder in anyway. Bear with me if I ask stupid questions. I appreciate any help even if it's just 'put the vista disk in and run start up repair'.
