unable to delete e-mail message

Trying to delete or access a particular e-mail message I receive the error message "unknown error". How do I remove the message?

Sometimes it depends on the web browser. Try different browsers

Yes i agree with you . you should use another browser or change your internet connection.I have faced this problem so i did this and now i can easily delete my e mails.
