Hello, All - I got hprbUpdate.exe

I got hprbUpdate.exe and can't figure out what it is. I keep getting such things from Hewlett Packard and it often turns out to be for setting up Fax on my printer - which I don't want. Can anybody tell me what this one is and how I can stop annoying notes like this from HP?
