Screen Resolution Problem (Maybe?)
Hello, I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum. I've never used this forum before.
My grandpa has an HP Pavilion desktop computer with Windows Vista. We don't know what he did, but it appears that the screen resolution is set very low. Everything is blown up very large. I've tried to change the screen resolution by right clicking the desktop, choosing customize, choosing to change screen settings, but I can't because the part of the window with the resolution is off screen and I can't move the window high enough to get to the slider.
I would run System Restore, but I can't find a way to get to it because the only icon I can see on the desktop is the recycle bin and I can't get to Control Panel or My Computer from the start menu because they can't be displayed due to the small resolution.
I've checked the accessability settings on the login screen and magnification is NOT checked, so that isn't the problem.
I'm not completely certain if resolution is the problem or not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
