Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #41

Hello all,

At boot-up I get the message Device driver software was not successfully installed. Please consult with your device manufacturer for assistance getting this device installed. Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #41 Failed"

How do I get this device installed properly, or if I do not need it, how do I stop its installation?
