Trying to install D3DRM.DLL

I have instuctions on How to this but I dont undrstand what they are saying?? Save the D3drm.DLL to your computer???EXTRACT?the D3drm.Dll??? Move the D3DRM.DLL file into folder C:\Windows\System32 This all is beond me.HELP George!!

This could be quite easy. Well first of all, all you need to do is download the missing dll. They were saying save the D3DRM.DLL to your computer, that means download it to your computer. Secondly, it might come in a zip/rar file, which you need a program to extract it, winrar will help. That is what they mean by extract. And move the dll to C:\Windows\System Folder. By moving, it means to copy/cut and then paste in the folder.
