cannot download ANY software
I am unable to download any software on my machine. When I try, I get an error message that states something like "The specified file path cannot be found. You may not administrative privileges to perform this function". I am logged in as the administrator on my machine. Some people have told me this is possibly a trojan virus, and others have told me it is a Vista Security measure that can be disabled. Opinions???
