Cant restore files backed up on external hard drive
My laptop recently kept crashing(I kept getting blue screen). I had to restore my laptop to factory settings because I couldnt even start in safe mode. Before I restored, I backed up my files onto an external hard drive. Now when I use backup and restore utility, it doesnt show that there are any backups on the drive, even though I see the backed up files when I access the drive. What should I do to restore my files?
