System Restore
Hello turning to some experts!!

My pc has been running ridiculously slow so decided to do a system reboot from first screen when turn on pc. What happens is it loads up files ' windows is loading files' completes that then it comes up Microsoft coorporation and loads something again and then bang a blue screen that has no other info on it!

Any ideas tbh I don't even know if I did reboot right as I just pressed F11 now when I turn pc off and back on it commences the above process immediatley!

Thanks in advance!
