Chat Windows Will Not Load/open All The Way
We are using Flashcoms IM/chat software on our website. The window will pop up and it then says "loading application". Then it says "initializing". On the bottom of the window it says "transferring data from said website" This is where it stays. It never finishes opening the chat window and the "initializing" in the middle of the screen stays there.

The last time this happened, I had to disable the firewall on the DSL modem. It is still disabled.

Any thoughts on what is blocking the application from loading all the way?

BTW...My wife could not get Skype to open either.
