Im trying to restore my data drive after a complete HDD failure. The back-up files are located on an external back-up drive, but Vista Restore program cannot see the files even though I point to the directory. I'm very keen to recover the data, any ideas why I cannot see the files or any alternative methods of invoking a restoration?
