Edit the Aero theme with the options of Windows Classic?

Hi! This is my first post here.

I'm wondering if you could replace more colors in Vista and still have the Aero Theme. I dont want any skin, just to replace certain colors.

I would like to change the white color in the start menue to another, and i would like to get rid of the blue color as shown in my link:
