Problem with initial setup
Found nothing on Google about this, so I thought I'd ask here.
The other day I used my PC recovery software to format my hard drive and reinstall Windows. Everything has gone fine, except when my PC restarts the Windows initial setup does not run. Instead, all I see is a plain white screen, in the middle of which is a magnifying glass moving over a computer. At first I thought it may have been doing something, so I left it for several hours, but to no avail. When it is on the screen, if I try to open Task Manager or the start menu it is immediately minimized.
Any ideas?
