Cannot view sharepoint folder in explorer view

We are using Sharepoint 2007 at our company and have created Departmental sites. It seems that anyone using a client with XP can view files and folders in Explorer view, but users with Vista cannot use the explorer view. They can change the view to all documents and see the files and folders but not in Explorer view.

Can anyone give details as to how they deal with this problem
