Startup Error
Our house just experienced a power issue, and now my mother cannot get onto her computer. The vista screen showing the user popped up, and it's asking for a password, which she apparently does not have, and she cannot change users to admin or anything. This is a single user workstation.
What can she do to get back into her computer? Mind you, she cannot log on, so the start menu and run options are not available. She's stuck at the user login screen, which had never come up before this power surge in our home. We DO have surge protectors on all computers.
