Windows Failed To Start
I Keep getting a meesage that says Widows Failed to Start. A hardware or Software change has prevented Windows from Starting Correctly.. \Windows\sysetm32\winload.exe
reference 00x00f0000. Please Help. It is Windows Vista home edition.

all these oox000f000xoo's sound like hardware,do u have a new graphics card or external drive,flash drive??
