What is RC_Vista.exe ?

Back on May 3rd, a new program showed up on my Programs and Features/ programs page in the Control Panel. RC_Vista.exe. I havent a clue what it is or where it came from. Anyone out there have any leads or info. What does it do? Can I delete it? Is it necessary?

as far as know RC stands for Release Candidate(test versions)like windows 7 RC,have you just got vista?

The only download has been Vista SP2. It downloaded successfully. No problems. Thanks for your response.
