Desktop Quicklaunch???

There Used To Be A Black Bar Emblazened Accross The Top Of My Desktop Wtith Shortcuts To Things Like Mail, Internet, Recycle Bin, Etc. With Like 5 Total Icons...they Now Disappeared Cannot Find Them Or Even Find This "black Bar Menu Option" Anywhere. What To Do??? What To Do???? Any Thoughts, Ideas, Answers, Would Be Greatly Appreciated. Thanx, Me

Right click a blank area of the taskbar, go up to Tool bars, See if one of those is the one you used to have. You can also make your own from there.
