failed to intialize 0xc0150004 error code

hello i downloaded photoscape and installed coral photo pro installed them both and wen i click the shortcut to load it up it doesnt work i just get a box saying failed to intialize 0xc0150004 its a new pc and running vista any help would be grate its not spyware as the tech guys have checked my hijack logs anyome any ideas? this programme also works on my laptop with vista

check vista compatability center to make sure it will run on vista

try uninstalling & re installing your frameworks(check for updates and get the latest if you havn't already)the latest is 3.5,hopefully this might help?
