You can get to this by right clicking on the "My Computer" or "Computer" icon on the desktop or in the start menu and selecting properties. Then it will display a generic information window about your computer. In the middle of this window is where the performance system rating thing is. If you have not ran it your rating will be 1.0 and grayed out aka unrated. Click the link next to it to have it go through the process of rating your machines performance with Vista based on it's hardware. I used the RC of Windows 7 now, but before I used Vista and got a 5.7 out of the 5.9 max on Vista. However I find the rating to be a joke. The rating is based off the hardware that scores the least, but it displays ratings for each. If you have good hardware and your computer runs well, especially for what you want and want to use it for then who cares. But that is how you do it.
