Parental Control

Isuspect that my son has found a way to bypass some parental controls. Some days are missing from the web activity viewer and I have found him using task manager I suspect trying to turn off the Parental monitoring by ending the process within task manager. Is this possible and if so how can I prevent him bypassing?
