VERY minor problem

but I just cant figure it out. I noticed earlier today that My title bars are no longer transparent. Like I said its a VERY minor problem but I have no idea why they are no longer transparent. I checked all of the options in color and appearance and in display settings but there was nothing there that could fix my issue. Anyone got a fix?
