Error 2B08

Hello, I'm new to this forum

I'm having trouble trying to install WU SQL Server 2005 sp2 KB960089, it keeps failing to install. I've tried a number of different things, turning off anti-virus, checking the existing SQl servers installed. Any suggestions would be great.
