Hide History & Favorites In Internet Explorer 8
Is it possible to hide all of the History and Favorites entries
In the top command bar in Internet Explorer 8.

I downloaded IE8 for performance reasons --- IE7 was
freezing up frequently --- however, I donít like the top
command bar which shows the web address of the site
you are visiting. In IE8 it also shows a long drop down
list of the internet history and favorites.

How do I hide those lists and return to the address only feature
of IE7?

Thanks.
