windows update doesnt show proper

Hi,

I try do disable automatic windows updates.
The problem is it doesnt show the update manager right.
I see the radio button and the green image that indicates automatic updates are enabled. I can also see the refresh and help button - but they dont work. rest of the screen is white and and there is a huge scrollbar on the right side.
Couldnt find anything in the web describing this problem.

I am not messing to much with my pc and i guess i dont have viruses or maleware - for me it look like that it's just broke somehow

anybody knows about this`?
